Please provide: 1) Box style/shape; 2) Dimensions (L*W*H); 3) Material and surface treatment; 4) Printing colors; 5) Design files or reference pictures if available.
Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course! We make pre-production samples for your quality and design check. Mass production begins only after your confirmed approval.
How long will it take to receive a sample?
After confirming materials and fees, the sample lead time is approximately 7 working days. Express delivery typically takes another 3-5 days.
What is the mass production lead time?
Usually 20-30 days depending on complexity. Rush orders can be accommodated upon request.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our general MOQ is 1000pcs. While we can handle smaller orders, the cost per unit will be significantly higher due to setup requirements.
Is the sample charge refundable?
Normally, if your order quantity exceeds 3000pcs, the sample charge can be refunded.
