We provide bulk packs, brown boxes, window boxes, color boxes, PVC boxes, polyfoam, and pallet packaging. Custom packing is available upon request.
Q6 How do you handle after-sales service and damages?
As glass is fragile, please report any damage with photos within 12 hours of receipt. Verified damaged items will be replaced for free in your next order. Please note that handmade glass may have tiny bubbles, which is a natural characteristic and not a quality defect.
